- MARTIAL ARTS
- For the fight aspect of power ,look to the martial arts. No other fight system has brought together focus ,strength and stamina so wholeheartedly. when learning ,focus on doing movements correctly and deliberately so that they become second nature to you. Martial art training has always been a balance between mind and body and whether its kung fu, tae bo or karate, some training in martial arts will push your power factor up considerably.
